In line with our plan to gradually expand these campuses in the future, we will establish a new inside sales position in 2022.
Account Research ・ Researches accounts and identifies key personas ・ Acquires Key/Targeted Personas through a variety of available tools
Customer Communication ・ Generates interest, qualifies leads, and create pipeline growth via phone calls, emails and social media in assigned territory
Territory Management/Strategy ・ Develops leads to stimulate business development, coordinating second level meetings/calls for Account Executives ・ Leverages teammates (Managers, Marketing Manager and Account Managers) to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging in order to drive opportunities and prospecting activities ・ Monitors social web for sales opportunities and leads
Cross-Functional Team Coordination ・ Follows up on campaigns and provides detailed feedback on the success of each campaign to our Sales Management Team and Marketing Managers ・ Actively participates on Regional Sales Team calls/meetings ・ Engages with Marketing activities for Regional Events support
Reporting ・ Records and documents all calls, emails, meetings, tours and activities in SFDC ・ Reports on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative
Building Customer Relationships ・ Establishes relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts and prospects

・ Bachelor’s degree required ・ Those who have knowledge related to IT and have sales experience using telephone and email ・ Minimum low-business level of English ・ Minimum five years of working experience (sales related experience is highly preferred)
We especially welcome those who have the following skills and experience: ・ In-house sales experience at SI companies, telecommunications companies, major hardware / software companies or call centers ・ Experience of acquiring projects by phone or email ・ Sales Force Automation Tool Experience (SFDC is preferred) ・ Enterprise sales experience ・ Basic knowledge about the ICT industry ・ PC skills (intermediate Excel)
* Since there are many transactions with foreign-affiliated companies and frequent exchanges in English, those who want to utilize their language skills are welcome. * For those who are uneasy, there is a language lesson tuition system after joining the company.
After joining the company, introduction training will be held. you will first acquire knowledge about our products. You can also learn the basic knowledge of data centers through training, so don't worry if you don't have detailed knowledge about infrastructure. After the training, you will acquire the business of our company through practical work at OJT.
